Edward Albers
Chief Executive Officer
Edward Albers is the CEO of New River Systems Corporation, which he founded in March 2007. Prior to establishing New River Systems, Mr. Albers held leadership positions for various aerospace & defense, software, and high technology companies including Northrop Grumman, SAP America, and Intel Corporation. Mr. Albers is a career Naval Special Warfare Officer having served at all levels of operational command within the Navy including numerous overseas deployments. More recently he served as a Policy Adviser to the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Mr. Albers earned a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of San Diego. He is a member of several non-profit organizations, including the UDT/SEAL Association.

Jason Erdman
President & Chief Operating Officer
Jason Erdman is the President and COO of New River Systems. He brings nearly 20 years of experience building and managing businesses focused on providing information technology and consulting services to Federal and commercial clients. For the last 10 years, Mr. Erdman has been driving and managing the delivery of services to the National Defense, Intelligence, and Security communities. His deep understanding and experience of the Federal market coupled with his previous experience providing solutions to commercial clients helps guide New River Systems continued growth. Prior to joining New River Systems, he held leadership roles at Sotera Defense Solutions and Blue Canopy Group where he successfully captured the $6.6 billion DIA Solutions for the IT Enterprise (SITE) contract. Mr. Erdman holds a Bachelor of Science in geology and Bachelor of Science in environmental science from Dickinson College and a master’s degree in information technology management from the American University Kogod School of Business.

Greg LeTourneau
Chief Technology Officer
Greg LeTourneau is the CTO of New River Systems. Mr. LeTourneau brings 20 years of comprehensive technical experience designing, developing and delivering software and IT solutions from enterprise systems to niche commercial applications. As a veteran of the Army Reserves in the intelligence field combined with his long history supporting the Intelligence Community (IC), Mr. LeTourneau excels at understanding the IC’s current and future mission requirements. He excels at providing strategic technology guidance – encompassing everything from small program lifecycles all the way to large, international proposals. He also specializes in leveraging open source technologies to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions. Mr. LeTourneau earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering science and mechanics from Virginia Tech, and a master’s degree in management from Notre Dame of Maryland University.

Julie Householder
Chief Financial Officer
Julie Householder is the Chief Financial Officer for New River Systems. With 20 years of experience in government contract financial activities, Ms. Householder sets the strategic financial direction for New River Systems overseeing Finance, Accounting, and Contracts; she has extensive experience in building and leading finance teams in small and medium government contracting companies. Prior to joining New River Systems, Ms. Householder held leadership positions at Crucial Security, Inc., Harris Corporation, and Integrity Applications Incorporated. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in information systems from James Madison University and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the International Mosaic Down Syndrome Association.

Gavin Greene
Chief Growth Officer
Gavin Greene is the Chief Growth Officer at New River Systems.  Mr. Greene has over two decades of experience solving hard mission problems for federal customers. He has created and executed strategies for large, mid and small companies to make a successful jump to the next tier. As a leader with P&L, sales, business development, capture, and proposal experience, he has demonstrated success in significantly increasing revenue by capturing large multi-million dollar opportunities with a diverse set of clients. Mr. Greene has a proven ability to monetize strategies, work cross-functionally, establish and cultivate partnerships, devise and launch strategic initiatives, supervise staff, create and manage large budgets, and greatly impact growth.  He holds a BA from Depauw University and an MBA/MA from American University.

Emmanuel Twum
Vice President, ERP Advisory Services
Emmanuel Twum is the Vice President of New River Systems’ ERP Advisory Services. Mr. Twum leads New River Systems’ commercial IT audit, financial advisory and security services in the areas of IT audit, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, data analytics, application controls testing, ERP implementation reviews, and implementation of continuous controls monitoring, governance, risk & compliance, & auditing solutions. Mr. Twum has held leadership positions at Ernst & Young LLP in IT Risk and Assurance/Advisory Services. Twum earned a bachelor’s degree from Westminster College, and a master’s degree in E-commerce technology from DePaul University.

Jim Zopelis
Director of Business Development
Jim Zopelis is the Director of Business Development for New River Systems. Prior to joining New River Systems, he held various Senior Business Development and Sales Roles in both Government and Commercial Organizations, focusing on the growth of Specialized Technology, IT and Cyber programs. Jim is a career Army Officer, retiring after 20 years of serving in a multitude of Theater Support roles, in multiple regions, worldwide. Jim is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, and holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Engineering Management form the University of Missouri-Rolla. Jim is a proud member of the Army Football Club, and is currently serving as a Northeast Regional Advisor for the West Point Association of Graduates.

Robin DeMartino
Director of Human Resources
Robin DeMartino is the Director of Human Resources for New River Systems. She works closely with the New River Systems Executive Team to align the company’s Human Resources initiatives with strategic goals and objectives. Ms. DeMartino has over 25 years of experience in human resources primarily working with high tech companies domestically and with the US Government internationally. Her emphasis has been to support employees and senior leadership with a common-sense approach that allows employees to concentrate on supporting their customers and executives to manage the business. She has a proven record in obtaining positive results via innovative approaches and solutions. Ms. DeMartino holds a BS in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Bowling Green State University.
